Let us know the current state of the site: raw soil left by a new build, a worn-out lawn, a cut bank, or a lot that has to be graded before anything grows. Mention whether there is a city permit or erosion plan, whether runoff heads toward a street, creek or storm inlet, and whether a hose bib or irrigation line is close by. A few phone photos help.
